Cashel suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) type 1, and has been living on a ventilator since he was 15 months old. Living his life almost entirely from a bed he as found a way to reach out and inspire others, affirming both his existence and the difficult decision his parents had to make when he was one year old.
